Son Nguyen received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 2018. He is now a lecturer at the University of Science, VNU-HCMC.

Joined Zalo in October 2018, Son and his team aimed to build Kiki - the first virtual assistant for Vietnamese people.

His research interest is solving problems in the Natural Language Processing Field. He published several papers in international journals, conferences, and workshops such as AI and Law, PACLING, ACL.

Duy is currently Software Engineer Lead of Kiki Project. He is the person to write the very first lines of code for this project.

Graduated from the Honor Program at Ho Chi Minh city University of Science, Duy has started learning programming very early and has achieved multiple prizes since high school, including 2 Third Prizes and 1 Second Prize at the National Olympiad in Informatics.

With the ambition to build the best virtual assistant for Vietnamese people, Duy and his team still continue to create more useful features for Kiki that are going to make your life easier.

Chuong Nguyen received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2012.

Joined Zalo in Sept 2017, Chuong is founder of ZA AI Lab. His research interest is developing machine learning techniques to solve computer vision and speech problems.

Many of the AI Lab's works have been deployed in the Zalo eco system including Baomoi TTS, KiKi TTS, FaceID, and Image Content Filters.

My Nguyen is Solutions Architect working at Amazon Web Services ASEAN, focusing on supporting customers in Startup segment.

Her team helps customers in different industries scale, innovate and optimize their systems.

Specialized in Machine Learning, My had been helping a lot of customers make the best of their data and kick starting their AI/ML journey.

Le-Minh Nguyen is currently Professor of School of Information Science and Director of the Interpretable AI Center at JAIST.

He leads the Machine Learning and Natural language Understanding Laboratory at JAIST.

His research interests include machine learning & deep learning, natural language processing, and legal text processing.
